Tyson Adams
Runs the weekly route
If your pool is on the list, it gets brushed, balanced, and looked over by the same person every week — one whose name is on the company. Tyson has been doing this since before he could rent a car.

DetailsA little demo
Steer the vacuum with your cursor or finger — it catches up. They always do.
Who shows up
DT is literally Devin and Tyson. Between the two of us we’ve been working Arizona pools for over a decade — and we live a few minutes from the pools we service. You’re not just another pool to us; you’re the one between two others we already take care of.
Runs the weekly route
If your pool is on the list, it gets brushed, balanced, and looked over by the same person every week — one whose name is on the company. Tyson has been doing this since before he could rent a car.
Handles repairs & equipment
Pumps, filters, valves, plumbing. Devin will tell you when a $40 seal fixes it and when you’re better off replacing — and since he has no commission and no quota, you can take the advice at face value.
What we do
The main event. Flat monthly rate, same day every week.
More on weekly serviceGreen pools, party prep, post-storm disasters. We’ve seen worse.
More on one-time & rescue cleanupsHonest diagnosis from the owner — no commission, no upsell quota.
More on equipment repair & upgradesEvery single week
Same brother, same day each week, rain or 118°. You don’t have to be home — most customers meet us once at the start and then just text us when something comes up.
That’s the whole secret, honestly. Pools don’t need miracles. They need the same boring, careful 20 minutes every week from someone who gives a damn.
Surface cleared, water line checked. Palo verde season gets extra attention.
Every week, not “when it looks like it needs it.” Brushing is what stops algae before it starts.
Skimmer and pump baskets. A packed basket is how pumps die young.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, CYA, calcium — dosed for Arizona heat and Arizona hard water, not a generic chart.
After storms, after blooms, whenever the floor needs it.
Pump sound, filter pressure, visible leaks. If something’s starting to go, you hear it from us early — with a straight recommendation, not a surprise bill.

Where we work
Mill Ave east to Country Club Dr. Southern Ave down to Ray Rd. Kiwanis Park, The Lakes, Shalimar, Corona del Sol, Warner Ranch, the Kyrene corridor — and across the 101 into Dobson Ranch and the Fiesta District. ZIPs 85282, 85283, 85284, 85202, 85210.
Why a box at all? Because a pool company that drives forty minutes between stops is rushing your pool. Our stops are minutes apart — close enough to swing back after a monsoon blows through, never hurried enough to skip the brushing.
Just outside the lines — north of Southern, west Chandler, deeper into Mesa? Ask anyway. If you’re close to the route we can often say yes, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you straight and point you to someone good.
Neighbors talking
Most of this route was built by neighbors talking over fences, not ads. Ask around your street — somebody probably knows us.
Ty does an amazing job with our pool — it’s always crystal clear when we get home from work. Reliable, professional, and he actually cares how it looks.
After years of struggling with other pool companies, DT Pools has been a breath of fresh air. The owner shows up and does the work himself.
Our pump died on a Friday and we were back up and running Monday morning. Fast, fair pricing, and they explained exactly what failed.
Refer a neighbor, swim a month free
When someone you send our way joins the weekly route, you get a full month of service free. Three referrals, three free months — there's no cap.

FAQ
Didn’t cover yours? Text it to us — that’s genuinely the fastest way to an answer.
Every pool is a little different — size, trees, equipment, and whether you want full service or just chemicals and baskets. We quote a flat monthly rate after one look at the pool (a texted photo usually does it), and that rate holds. Text a photo and your cross-streets to (480) 686-5593 and you’ll typically have a real number the same day. New weekly customers get 20% off the first month.
Almost always, yes — especially inside our box (Mill Ave to Country Club Dr, Southern to Ray). We stay small enough that an owner does every visit and grow at the pace good work allows, so if your particular day of the week is tight we’ll tell you straight and get you started as soon as a spot opens.
Simple: refer a neighbor, and when they join the weekly route you get a full month of your own service free. There’s no cap — three referrals is three free months. Most of our route was built by neighbors talking over fences; we’d rather pay you than an ad network.
No. Most customers meet us once at the start, sort out gate access, and after that just text us when something comes up. Same brother, same day each week.
No contract. Weekly service is month-to-month and you can stop anytime. We’d rather keep you with good work than with paperwork.
If something urgent is happening — a pump screaming, water somewhere it shouldn’t be, a green swamp two days before the party — text us first and say it’s urgent. Inside our box we can usually get eyes on it same-day, often because we’re already a few streets away. After hours, text anyway: if a pump is flooding a yard somewhere on the route, we want to know.
Yes — this is half our summer. A green pool usually takes several visits over one to two weeks of staged shock, brushing, and filter cleaning. We’ll look at it (or at your photo) and tell you exactly what it needs, including the rare case where draining is the cheaper path.
Both — that’s the point of two brothers. Tyson runs the weekly route; Devin handles pumps, filters, and plumbing. One number for all of it, and the person quoting your repair has no commission riding on the answer.
Ask! If you’re close to the route — north of Southern, west Chandler near the Tempe line, a little deeper into Mesa — we can often say yes. If we can’t, we’ll say so plainly and try to point you to someone good.
No forms required
Sixty seconds, no salesman. Send a photo and your cross-streets to (480) 686-5593 and you’ll get a straight answer from Tyson or Devin — usually the same day.
