We don’t claim all of Tempe. Our weekly route runs Mill Ave to the Loop 101 (and on into west Mesa), Southern Ave down to Ray — and inside that box, we’d put our service up against anyone in the Valley. Owner-operated by the Adams brothers since 2014.
Local knowledge
South Tempe yards have decades-old palo verdes, mesquites, and olives. Gorgeous — and they dump. April through June we’re emptying baskets that look like potpourri. Weekly brushing and basket service here isn’t optional; it’s the whole game.
A lot of these homes went up in the ’70s–’90s with diving pools that still run great — on equipment pads that have been patched five times. We know these systems because we work on them every day, and we fix them without trying to sell you a remodel.
Valley water runs very hard. Left alone, calcium climbs until tile crusts up and salt cells choke. We track hardness as part of weekly chemistry and tell you when a partial drain will save you money — before scale becomes a renovation.
When a storm rolls dust through Tempe, pools go from blue to murky overnight. Because our whole route sits inside a couple square miles, we can re-shuffle and get storm recovery moving fast — your pool isn’t waiting behind forty stops in Scottsdale.
Our weekly route covers South Tempe between Mill Ave and the Loop 101, from Southern Ave down to Ray Rd — the Kiwanis Park streets, The Lakes, Shalimar, the Corona del Sol and Marcos de Niza areas, Warner Ranch, and the Kyrene corridor. ZIP codes 85282 (south of Southern), 85283, and 85284. The route continues east across the 101 into west Mesa, too.
Our weekly route stays south of Southern Ave on purpose — that’s what keeps the service consistent. For one-time cleanups and repairs we’ll sometimes range farther north. Text us your cross-streets and we’ll give you a straight yes or no.
Usually within the week — your street is already on our way. If your particular day of the week is tight, we’ll tell you straight and get you in as soon as a spot opens. One-time cleanups and repairs are scheduled as they come, often same-week.
Density. Stops that are minutes apart mean nobody is rushing your pool to beat traffic, and we can swing back after a monsoon without blowing up the schedule. A tight route done properly beats a sprawling route done fast — which is also why the box grows a street at a time, not a city at a time.
