The core of what we do. Same brother, same day each week, a flat monthly rate. Two ways to set it up:
We handle everything: skim, brush, vacuum as needed, empty baskets, test and balance the water, eyeball the equipment while we're back there. You just swim.
You like netting your own pool? Respect. We'll keep the water chemistry dialed and the baskets empty so the pump stays happy, and leave the skimming to you.
Small on purpose — growing the right way
We keep the route small enough that an owner does every visit — we grow at the pace good work allows. If your day of the week is tight, we'll tell you straight and get you in as soon as a spot opens. And if a neighbor sent you: once you’re on the route, every referral of your own is a free month of service.
For the pool that got away from somebody — before a party, after a storm, after a summer of nobody watching it.
A single full-service visit. Good before a birthday party, after a haboob, or while your regular guy is on vacation.
Swamp to swimmable. We've brought back pools you couldn't see the bottom of. It usually takes several visits over one to two weeks — we'll tell you exactly what yours needs after one look.
Drain, wash, refill. For plaster that's stained past what chemistry can fix. We'll tell you honestly whether your pool needs it — most don't.
The gentler cousin of the acid wash — kills algae living in the plaster without taking a layer of it. Often the right call for organic staining.
Devin's department. Pumps, filters, valves, plumbing — diagnosed honestly and fixed properly. No commission, no upsell quota, because there's no salesman. Just the owner.
Screaming bearings, dead capacitor, air in the basket, tripping breaker — most pump problems have cheap fixes if you catch them early. We'll tell you when a repair makes sense and when it's throwing money at a dying motor.
The single best money move in pool ownership. A variable-speed pump can cut the pump's share of your power bill by well over half, runs quieter than your AC, and SRP/APS often have rebates.
Cartridges and DE grids need a real teardown clean every few months in Arizona — our dust does not negotiate. Dirty filters make cloudy water and strain pumps.
Leaking tank seams, cracked valves, DE blowing back into the pool — we fix it or tell you plainly that the tank is done.
Sand wears out (about every 5 years here); old undersized cartridges clog monthly. The right filter makes every other part of pool care easier.
Sun-rotted PVC, leaking unions, stuck valves, suction-side air leaks. Arizona sun is brutal on exposed pipe — we replace it with schedule-40 and paint it to last.
When the pad is more repairs than pipe, we re-plumb it clean — laid out so the next tech (probably us) can actually work on it.
